I am a late-diagnosed ADHD & Autism mother of 3 with disabilities. I created this Fitmom Lifestyle based on my experience losing 110lbs. My WHY is to keep my boys out of an institution and to care for them for as long as possible.
The Fitmom Lifestyle offers a space for physical and mental growth.
Dropping 110lbs was about survival and self-love. Letting go of toxic habits and focusing on growth allowed me to become the woman I am today. Fitmom Fitness is a safe space for women to prioritize their health journey.
Recognizing my habits was key. Confronting my past and committing to change, I transformed my health. In 9 months, I lost 110lbs through dedication and self-awareness.
The moment I accepted my reality was the start of my transformation. Deciding to prioritize my health and empowerment led to my weight loss journey and inspired Fitmom Fitness.
Becoming mentally and physically stable has been a necessary achievement. I wanted to give my family the best version of myself—one not driven by instability but committed to being whole, healthy, and well for their sake. Breaking generational cycles means doing the things your bloodline was too afraid to do so the pattern can end.

Dropping weight was life-changing. Prioritizing myself and releasing negativity helped me grow into who I am meant to be—by God's plan, for my children, and for myself.
