Time constraints often keep women from fitting exercise into their lives. This ONLINE-ONLY group fitness class lets you work out from home (or anywhere) for maximum convenience. Traveling or on vacation? Just log in and stay active. Working late? Find a bit of space, join the session, and move. It’s straightforward and effective—simple to do, but it requires commitment.
THIS IS A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP THAT COMES WITH:
This At-Home Mobility Program is a downloadable set of simple chair-based routines designed to help you relearn and practice basic movements independently. The short 10–15 minute workouts use chair-assisted exercises to build the strength and confidence needed for everyday tasks without help.
The program has three levels: 1 (beginner), 2 (intermediate), and 3 (advanced). Each level is structured as a 4-week block, with 5 days of workouts per week to maximize progress.

Welcome to our FITMOM STRETCH IT OUT Situation. A regular stretch routine is essential for moms because it restores mobility, reduces aches and tension from lifting, carrying, and repetitive tasks, and helps prevent injuries. Consistent stretching improves posture and range of motion, making everyday movements—picking up children, bending, reaching—easier and less painful, while also boosting circulation and energy levels. Beyond physical benefits, brief daily stretches can lower stress, calm the nervous system, and improve sleep, giving moms more resilience for busy days. Even short, consistent routines practiced several times a week deliver lasting benefits and make self-care practical and sustainable.
What you can expect from this 12-week program is the ability to reduce hip and back pain so that basic daily tasks aren't complicated.
We are adding an additional 2 weeks to make this 12-week situation into a 14-week situation.
